To make your stay even more convenient, each apartment has a free private parking space, located right in front of the apartment. The parking space is covered by a wooden canopy, which protects your car from the sun's rays and helps keep it cooler during summer days. This way, you can park your vehicle with complete peace of mind, at no additional cost, just steps from the front door.
Swimming pool and services of the Residence
The apartments are located within a residence, a quiet and well-maintained complex offering a variety of recreational amenities, including a private swimming pool, a tennis court, and a soccer field.
Access to these amenities is not included in the cost of your stay, as they are managed by an external company. Guests wishing to use them can purchase the relevant pass directly from the manager, according to the applicable rates and procedures.
The pass also allows you to participate in the entertainment activities organized within the residence and use the Mini Club, designed for the enjoyment of children, making your stay enjoyable and engaging for the whole family.
The Beach
Just 450 meters from the apartments, a pleasant six-minute walk away, is the splendid beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, one of the most popular seaside destinations in southeastern Sicily.
Its crystal-clear waters, shallow seabed, and long stretch of golden sand make it ideal for families, couples, and beach lovers. Furthermore, the beach has been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag, a recognition that certifies the excellent quality of its water and services.
Guests can choose between the large public beach, perfect for those who want to experience the sea in complete freedom, or relax at one of the many equipped beach clubs, including Lido Otello, Zuma Beach, or Soda Thanks, where they can rent umbrellas and loungers and enjoy bars, restaurants, and numerous services.
